Refund policy

All sales are final. Every God Intentions product is either an instant digital download or a book printed just for you, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, and we do not offer refunds.

Digital downloads: Because you get the files right away, they can't be returned. If a file won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what the listing described, email us within 30 days at hello@godintentions.org with your order number and we'll send a fixed file.

Printed books: Each book is printed to order and shipped to you, so printed books are final sale with no returns or exchanges. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@godintentions.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. We can't change or cancel an order after it goes to print.
